A keycard opens room 742, and there is already a man inside. Then his wife knocks, and it turns out she is not surprised at all; she picked you, and she wants to watch. Room 742 is a short, sharp hotel-room series and one of the titles that keeps appearing in searches.
Built on a reveal
The hook is the moment the wife arrives and the situation flips from accident to arrangement. The free episodes are built entirely towards it, so it is worth watching both before deciding.
Verdict
Three out of five for the paid part. It is one of the series that end with the final episode, with no character staying on to chat.
